This post carries various administrative details required for the conduct of the GJR at wellington starting from the preparatory stage to the great Finale on 22 April 2027. The Batchmates (BMs) are already communicating with the Coordinator on WhatsApp group as mentioned below:-
Whatsapp Group 33 DSSC STAFF COURSE GJR WELLINGTON is managed by the coordinator (Wg Cdr Shomir Choudhuri) for communication with the participants. Presently the WA group has listed 133 members incl ladies.
There being excessively large number of posts on the group incl lists and instructions which are difficult to scroll through, We will place all such reference material here un this post. Moreover those BMs and ladies who have recently joined the group donot have access to the older posts. There are thus large number of querries raised and the poor Coord has to waste too much of time in scrolling and the reposting the old messages.
To obviate and for the convenience of every one the relavant instructions etc are made avialble here in this post starting with accommodation.
ACCOMMODATION REQUIREMENT
The accn (hotel rooms) requirement by the batchmates as projected by them is being continuously compiled and updated by the cooard. We endeavour to place the latest list as updated within the last 24 hours is being made available here and is accessible by clicking on the heading as under.

The coordinator has planned to visit Wellington early June 26 to look for suitable hotels in Coonoor. On his return by 17 June 2026 the latest status will be posted here for info of every BM.
The Priority for allotment of Hotel Rooms will be as under:-
Priority One - Batchmates who are no more with us and if their spouses wish to join us for the GJR.
Priority Two - Batchmatves who with mobility issues but are with escorts.
Priority Three - Batcmates of Staff Course couples or Single.
Priority Four - Family members of batchmates subject to availability of additional rooms in the main hotel Or at any other nearby hotel.
Note - This will be strictly followed and tentative allotment will be available in this post for your information.
